Abstract

The material will, in the author’s vision, of high interest for a wide range of users: faculty staff, financiers, public
bodies, students etc. of the two countries, especially if one takes into account that RM is expected to undertake rapid
and energetic steps to join the EU, largely using the Romanian experience, which actually managed to solve this
problem in 2007.
