Abstract

THE STED METHOD AS A TOOL FOR HARMONIZING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION PERFORMANCE AND THE LABOUR MARKET IN THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA – APPLICATION OPPORTUNITIES AND LESSONS TO LEARN The basic objective of the investigation was to elucidate the essence and application aspects of the STED method as a tool to optimally adapt the educational offer quantitatively and qualitatively to the needs of the labour market and, implicitly, to increase the competitiveness of the vocational education institutions under the marketisation of the vocational education. In order to achieve the proposed objective, the experience of applying the STED method was set out, high- lighting, in particular, the limitations of the investigations carried out and, on this basis, making recommendations on how to increase its effectiveness.
