Abstract

LEGISLATIVE FRAMEWORK ORIENTED TOWARDS UNIVERSITY BUSINESS INCUBATORS (INOVATION INCUBATORS) One of the fundamental pillars in the work and development of university business incubators is the legislative frame- work and state institutions that guide, manage, and support the main actors in this environment. Development and promotion of accessible and intelligent laws, rules and regulations using horizontal approaches and with the establishment of interoperable standards in the sector we are investigating, will set up provisions capitalizing on all opportunities for the development of the business environment and the university environment. Through innovative incubators, the academic business environment offers a totality of legal, economic, financial, scientific, and technological conditions, dedicated to the research and innovation sector to potential young entrepreneurs, whose activity is influenced by these at the next stage.
