Abstract
NEGOTIATIONS THROUGH COMMUNICATION IN ECONOMIC AND MANAGEMENT THEORIES The business environment is becoming more and more flexible, which allows companies in the Republic of Moldova to analyse the negotiation process from a scientific and practical point of view, which can have a direct impact on the prospects for developing trade relations. In the context of knowing the negotiation process, the role of communication as a management factor of the negotiation process can be seen. The author made a study of theoretical synthesis of communication perceptions in relation to the negotiation process presented by the authors of scientific papers in the field. By documenting, analysing and presenting the personal point of view, the author presents the structure of the communication process in business negotiations through which he identifies the parties that form the process and the relationships that are formed as a result of disseminating the message. Finally, the conclusions based on the theoretical analysis of the concept of com- munication and its effects in the business negotiation process are presented.
