Abstract

Transition from centralized economy to market one has imposed certain modifications to be performed both in economy and society. Basic characteristics of the modifications herein were they have been carried out fast, and many errors have been made because of ignorance. In a short time, entire economy of country has been imposed to change its organization mode that determined an imposing number of enterprises to fail in short term. In the following paper, a collection of theoretic material showing functions of management system and basic modes of determination, analysis, implementation and following of management system’s functions is presented.
