Abstract

This article is dedicated to the effects of human capital utilization in Moldova. The human capital represents one of the main factors of the society’s progress and human activity may be considered a decisive element of the society’s evolution. We must mention that the society of Moldova is affected by the transition to the market economy and is confronted with the correlation of rational and natural utilization of the human resources.
