Abstract

State financial control is designed to achieve the financial policy of the State, budgetary control, control of business enterprises and state institutions, banks and financial corporations; the state financial control within the economy, if to control non-governmental monetary obligation to the state, respect for legality and rationality in the spending of allocated budget resources, the rules for carrying out the records and reports.
