Abstract

A fundamental aspect of the product is its quality, which generates a number of advantages: greater consumer loyalty, a frequent repeat business, reduced vulnerability to pricing, the ability to practice a relatively higher price without affecting the share market, increasing market share. Financial market developments, competition between banks in Moldova, the further increase for diversification of customer needs and banking products, their adjustment to the market requirements leads inevitably to the approval of new methods of quality banking services.
