Abstract
Strategic management is more than business strategy. Strategic management is one means of modern management, focusing on changes and amendments to be made within the enterprise and its interaction with the environment in which they operate, to avoid situations in which goods and services provided by the organizers entire activity to become outdated, inconsistent in relation to chronic changes. Strategic management requires the adoption and implementation decisions necessary to implement the strategy adopted.
