Abstract
Currently, in many countries around the world and in Moldova, is traced a characteristic tendency to favor the involvement of women in various activities, including business. According to experts, the world is experiencing a real boom in the business. Republic of Moldova is no exception. At the same time problems that accompany the entry and participation of women in business as entrepreneurs, managers and employees continue to be relevant. Problems manifest themselves in the differentiation of male and female employment and remuneration which are not in favor of women, in the asymmetry of women's participation in business management, as well as in the limitations they face in implementing their professional, managerial and personal potential in business organizations.
