Abstract

It can be stated that communication is one of the most important social processes. It is considered to be one of the
human necessities being the base of any social structure (organization). Anyone, at anytime and anywhere must always have the possibility to participate in the communication process and no one can be deprived of this right or advantage. This means that favorable conditions have to be created for every category including women and men, culture, nation, urban and rural inhabitants. Today’s society is the society where knowledge, creation, communication and human solidarity are considered to be the main features that will lead not only to individual creation, but to collective one as well, through communication channels. This society is also the society where knowledge, information and communication resources are used and protected as humanity heritage.
