Abstract
Based on chalcogenide glassy semiconductors the photothermoplastic carriers were obtained with a holographic sensitivity of up to 7·106 cm2/J. The processes of recording on them the holographic gratings in real time were studied. Demonstrated is the possibility of using them to measure the size of opaque micro objects via interference rasterization. A detailed calculation of the parameters of the optical installation is given.
