Abstract

A lot of agricultural organizations of the developing countries operate at a small scale. The growth of the farm’s dimensions is essential for the improvement of the agricultural revenues, as it allows the use of the mechanization that has indivisibilities, implying higher performances and profitability per ha. The new agricultural-business evolutions and the alimentary sector could redirection the competitive advantage towards the producers on a large scale and make it difficult for the owners to participate actively on the alimentary markets. Next to the evolutions are also very important the supermarkets’ revolution, the standards and the certification.
