Abstract

The changes that have occurred in recent years in the economy of the country have impacted considerably on (of)
the housing market. A situation, in which the construction sector is not only determined by the global economic crisis,
but also by a series of structural and institutional problems. Therefore, prevention of crisis in the construction sector had
taken long before.
