DETERMINATION OF THE SIZES OF OPAQUE MICRO-OBJECTS THROUGH HOLOGRAPHIC METHOD

Abstract
Based on chalcogenide glassy semiconductors the photothermoplastic carriers there were obtained with a holographic sensitivity of up to 7·106 cm2/J. The processes of recording on them the holographic gratings in real time were studied. There has been demonstrated the possibility of using them to measure the size of opaque micro objects via interference rasterization.
