Abstract

The management team work depends largely on individual characteristics, interests, and desires, and on an interpersonal relations system. The prestige enjoyed today by participatory management and within this framework, the management team, offered the incentive and the necessity of studying this subject, currently of a significant practical value. Understanding the components of this process provides the appropriate basis to seek a methodological scientific explanation of the essence and mechanism of the management team activity.
