Abstract

The management and improvement of the education system is a major compo nent of development strategies and policies, especially on the micro economic level. To address effectively the problem of efficiency, educational institution m anagers must implement the contemporary management theory. It is the contemporary management the ory that represents the foundation for an economic mechanism appropriate to the market economy.
