Abstract
The economic, social, cultural and political development processes are the components that are in tight relation with the factors that determine the population's wellbeing, the capacity of the political class in governing the country, the quality of services and the welfare given to citizens, the quality of education, human development, importance of human capital, macroeconomic indicators. In order to be up to date with the contemporary reality, the Republic of Moldova should implement crucial reforms in all sectors and domains of national economy, at all levels of development of the country, and not in last, to change attitudes and compliance the values with regard to the „human factor” or „human capital”, which is the primary role in any society.
