Abstract

In Moldova's food sector, SMEs have a total share of 99,4%, and have an important role in the economic and social development of the country, while also having an important position in the services sector. However, during the last few years, these companies have a negative cash flow. Given these premises, knowing the food sector, analyzing the phenomena that underlies the given sector, and distinguishing the specific management processes outline complex problems, and in order to solve these specific issues, ample knowledge and scientific analysis is necessary.
