Abstract

The global strategy represents the basics of partitioning strategies that concern the specific areas of banking activities. The most important field of banking activity is the financial field, which establishes the important goals and aims of the commercial bank and the way of its achievement. Another important bank’s strategy is the marketing strategy that is an important ingredient of strategic management and which establishes the key-objectives of the commercial development of banking activity and the way of its accomplishment.
