Abstract

The article discusses the basic principles of the approach, elaborated by the authors, with regard to the evaluation of the business environment, focusing on the principal factors that determine its change. The results of the evaluation of business environment in the Republic of Moldova, obtained within the entrepreneurs’ survey, are briefly discussed. The trends of the main factors’ changing in the period of 2011-2013 have been identified.
