Abstract

The environmental policy of the Romanian state in one of the state 's strategic goals both nationally and internationally, we notice the need to respect the principle of stable development,which requires equal attention to its economic component, administrative, financial, social and environmental. Currently in Romania and Moldova to format a particular management system of environmental protection, consisting of joint work of special organizations, industry, institutions and departments covering safeguards, use and reproduction of objects and natural resources. Management influence on environmental protection system requires continuous interaction between society and environmen, aiming at improving the organization meet the needs of natural resources,characteristics and qualities of natural objects with concomitant preservation potential environmental.
