Abstract

Financial leasing is a real opportunity for finance and one of the best options for companies that want to develop their business and to streamline business by reducing costs. In particular, he presents a technical term financing for businesses that need to purchase machinery and equipment in its operational activity. Leasing as a form of medium and long term financing to small and medium enterprises involves a moderate risk , but equally influence to increased technical and economic performance of enterprises that are unable to obtain loans from banks or do not want to impose an additional burden of training through heritage mortgages or pledges.
