Abstract
The main function of the leader of the organization is to expose the role of core organizational team to unify and direct production towards solving its economic fundamentals. During this function is increasing uncertainty increases the level of accountability for business results. To form a functional team is necessary to fulfill a the many factors, which are the basic characteristics of effective teams, of which emphasize loyalty members, making decisions by consensus, the existence of specific techniques of conflict management and effective communication of ideas group.
