Abstract

The task of ensuring stable development relies methodologically on organizational development models of the company, and in more general form organizational development is a process of positive change, the quality of the organization that touches the methods, means of activity and interaction and which is reflected in the structure transformation organizationale. Businesses maritime port are complex systems of performance and production work at the intersection of maritime transport, rail, road and inland waterway operations realizing initiation and completion of each cycle, transport and connect them into a single transport process, ensuring continuity transport system as a whole.
