Abstract

The article relates about the first appearance of the joint stock companies in the world and in the Republic of Moldova and contains few theoretical aspects about investments. Also, there is an analysis of the investment sources in the joint stock companies from the Republic of Moldova for the past three years and the countries that have invested in the securities of the national joint stock companies from the Republic of Moldova in the period of 2011-2013.
