Abstract

The article contains general information about the national and international institutions that offer different programms and projects for invetsments in the joint stock companies from Republic of Moldova. Also there is presented a short analysis about the investments made by the international institutions in Republic of Moldova for the past three years and there is proposed a reporting form for the joint stock companies that would contain the information about the investments made in their activity.
