Abstract

Busy people do not seem to have time to plan their future. Think about how to use productively the next few hours together with decision making is crucial in order to make time (in a busy schedule). The psychology of planning activities is a useful practice: split time as you want and gain control over the situations that seem to be out of control. You might have a positive attitude, which will help you to achieve your aims and hesitate stressful situations.
