Abstract

The objective of the study was to determine the effect of different methods of treatment: laser radiation, polarized light, ozone, carbon nanoclusters and the heat treatment temperature of liquid nitrogen (97 K) for on wheat grain in early phases of growing and the germination capacity. For investigated material it was determined the effective moisture through the method of vacuum sublimation at pressure of 1.333 e-6 MPa for establishing the effective moisture of the seed. For the experimental tests, thermally treated water was used, to a temperature varying between 275 and 313 K. The possibility of the thermal treatment of the seed to ultralow temperatures using the cooling speed of 10-90 K/s followed by heating in hot air flow at the temperature of 333 K is shown, as a growth stimulating factor. Keywords: germination, ecological agriculture, laser radiation, polarized light, ozone, carbon.
