A MODEL OF THE FORCES THAT GENERATE RESISTANCE TO CHANGE WITHIN AN ORGANIZATION

Abstract
The aim of this article is to present a proposed model of the forces generating resistance to change within an organization. After analyzing the literature and conducting a survey I concluded that the forces that generate resistance to change have a great impact on employees’ resistance to change and they are both internal, as well as external. Keywords: resistance to change, model, management style, organizational culture, communication, economic environment.
