Abstract

The great importance of making the whole management process requires its constant improvement. To develop quality decisions that lead to increased efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise, it is necessary to create a strong construction decisional system. To this end, in this article we offer projection and reprojection methodology of decisional system, which is justly called the "nervous system" of the company.
