TOOLS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF MULTIMEDIA EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES

Abstract

Scientific and technical progress and rapid erosion of knowledge in the Global Information Society based on Knowledge, requires adequate methods of generation and transmission of knowledge. e-Learning and blended learning based on Multimedia Educational Resources (REM) seem to be able to solve this problem. The purpose of this paper is analysis, experimentation, benchmarking and selecting of a set of tools and simple technologies suitable for development REM by most of teachers.
