Abstract

This article tackles the features of information database related to the analysis of the equity of joint-stock companies. A special emphasis is placed on grouping information sources according to various criteria, which draw a particular interest in the process of analyzing the equity. With the aim of having a thorough research, information database-related characteristics have been considered. Moreover, the requirements of this database are identified and characterized.
