WAITING TIME MODELING ALGORITHMS IN THE CASE OF GENERALIZED QUEUING SYSTEM APPLIED IN CONSTANTA SEA PORT

Abstract

This paper contributes with innovative results on applying the queuing theory and thus waiting models in the Constanta sea port. Considering the waiting models specific and the reality of the Sea Port, the research results contribute to efficient operations over the quality and quantity within a marine terminal. Through the rapid development of Constantsa Sea Port improved waiting systems that require the creation of new mathematical waiting models was necessary.
