ACTUARIAL MODELING: METHODOLOGICAL ASPECT

Abstract

In the article are listed a series of problems. Their solutions can be put at the basis of the tariffs applied for social services, which are provided by the actuarial structures. There is an attempt to use the Markov chains in order to quantify the population health, population being the costumer of the actuarial structure.
