Abstract

In all countries, healthcare is the most important sector, because health has a direct impact on living standards, on quality of life. The authors of the study believe that the introduction of TELEMEDICINE will contribute to more efficient activity in this sector by reducing medical errors, in increasing the quality of medical services; increasing the professional level of doctors; timely identification of patients' illnesses; improvement of doctors' study programs; efficient use of doctors' time; increasing synergic efficiency; reducing patients' time for effective referrals to doctors; increasing the accessibility of rural population to medical services.
