THE PARTICULARITIES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF FACTORING MARKET IN FRANCE

Abstract

In countries with developed economy, during the evolution of favorable conditions have been created to encourage factoring business, starting from the use of this economic design methods of financing causes an economic stability and financial enterprises as well as carrying out an effective management policy and resettlement movement of claims. The French practice of factoring can be taken as an example by the States that are at an initial stage in the development of factoring. France can be considered among the first countries which have implemented and developed this way, providing funding and a framework of institutional and legal regulation.
