CORPORATIONS AS FORM OF CLUSTER ORGANIZATION

Abstract

Corporations are a well-established form of organization in the world, but in our country economic entities prefer smaller forms of organization because of reason like: demographic conditions, the difficulty of managing a corporation or the desire to avoid higher taxes ... Clusters are a relatively new form of organization for the Moldovan market, but rather widespread in more developed countries, this form of organization helping to develop the areas where they make connections between R&D, marketing and manufacturing. The idea I'm trying to propose is that it is possible to unite these two forms of organization to promote the development of small companies by using the ideas of research centres and the forces of PR campanies, and this development is actually applicable to all three listed entities.
