Abstract

In this article the authors analyzed the theories and concepts of managerial behavior expressed through the governing styles of the organization, their size and typology, as well as the differences between the leader or the manager. The basic conclusion is that each leader has a particular way to lead, but there are also ways that have common elements and can be grouped, fact that can ensure organizational efficiency.
