INTERNATIONAL PRACTICES ON CORRELATING HIGHER EDUCATION WITH LABOR MARKET REQUIREMENTS

Abstract

The problem of correlation between higher education and labor market requirements is common for both developing countries and economically developed countries. Over time, attempts have been made to find the most optimal methods for correlating these two major systems, the best practices being met in the UK, France, Germany, etc. Among the problems faced by countries the most important is - ensuring the balance between demand on the labor market and the supply of higher education. Its solution in Europe is achieved by increasing the role of the state, employers' dynamics and their organizations, by strengthening the coordination of social partners' work and training activities.
