Abstract

In this article, the peculiarities of formation of the optimal structure of equity capital are considered. This is the basis of financial stability and security of commercial organizations. The main economic coefficients (indicators of financial stability, solvency, business activity, profitability), which allow to assess the level of financial security and sustainability of economic entities are also analyzed. Activities that are aimed at increasing the financial stability and security of commercial organizations are proposed.
