Abstract
Any modern industrial enterprise represents a technically-economical and socially open system. It is the external environment that strongly and permanently influences the condition and prospect of its development, since it is increasingly characterized by uncertainty and dynamism, which makes the prospect of strategy development for the enterprise. The activity prompted by strategic planning, is the one that leads to the achievement of the financial objectives of the enterprise, and the Norton-Kaplan Scorecard Balanced model adapted in economic conditions, leads inevitably to the successful completion of the business and to the achievement of the general objective to maximize the market value of the enterprise.
