POSITIVE GENERALIZED TEAM LEADERSHIP AS A FACTOR OF EFFECTIVE ORGANIZED CHANGES

Abstract
It’s Based on famous research in the domain of leadership and management this article analyses topical issues of leadership and activities conducted in a team. The positive mental or cultural ideas which allow supervisors and cooperators to choose strategies of organized changes with synergistic effect are analyzed (maps, strategies). On the basis of the research, which was made by the author of the recent article, within the local enterprises, it is concluded that the change from the standard mental ideas to positive ones allow supervisors and leaders to involve to the maximum in the process of changes, by means of team leadership.
