Abstract

Developing mechanisms for modernizing public finance management have become essential in the process of streamlining the use of budgetary resources. The Republic of Moldova initiated the implementation of an ambitious program to reform public finance management by modernizing budgetary institutions and adjusting the legislative to European principles. In most countries in the world, the development and implementation of mechanisms to modernize public finance management have become crucial in streamlining the use of budgetary resources.
