Abstract

This article is dedicated to some issues referring to the career management in Moldova. The first stage of the career’s development for one young specialist in management is admission in the educational system that is beginning the school period, then the faculty period. The article examines some of the possibilities of a career path of a young specialist connected with innovative methods of business development. The development of the innovative entrepreneurship activities within University constitutes an efficient way to transfer the results of scientific and innovative research (scientific product) from university to be implemented in companies.
