Abstract

The general model of the modern concept of strategic management realization has been suggested and characterized. Features of scanning of internal and external environment of the enterprise have been considered. The order of formulation of the enterprise strategy has been analyzed. The features of implementation and evaluation of the enterprise strategy have been considered. The place and role of the accounting system in the process of implementation of strategic management of the enterprise have been determined. The necessity of building effective strategic information communication with internal and external users has been substantiated.
