Abstract

In this paper, a class of single integral operators, perturbed with integral operators with point singularities, is studied. The Noether theory of the operators in this class is built on the composition formulas defined as axioms, the formula for calculating the index of the noetherian operators is established. It has been shown that the properties of the nonetherian properties and the index of the characteristic singular operators are stable in relation to their perturbation with certain linear operators, marginal and non-compact.
