THE WORK MODEL FOR ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT IN BUILDING A TEAM CLIMATE IN THE EDUCATION SYSTEM

Abstract
The issue of educational management and educational policies is studied in various countries and is relevant and important especially in the pandemic period. The present research study examines the relationships between the organi- zational climate and the components of management in it. In the initial stage of the research study, we present a picture of the climate that exists in the education team. Surveys of climate and pedagogical environment address a wide range of topics from the school life and reflect the range of the processes, as they are perceived by teachers in three clusters of measures: the cluster related to the perception of the school management, the cluster of the indices of self-efficacy, and the cluster of identification and belonging.
