Abstract

"Culture" is the one that characterizes a nation in terms of national spiritual wealth and generates progress and

development in any field of activity, such as: social, economic, legal, technological, informational, etc.; it is also that "driving force" that produces change both nationally and internationally. In this respect, the author, in this article, presents a study on how to capitalize on the sector "Culture, sports, youth, cults and rest" in the Republic of Moldova, carrying out an ample analysis on the way of allocating and financial distribution of public expenditures for the respective field in the Gross Domestic Product and in the National Public Budget.
