Abstract
Human capital is a key factor of production, and its development influences a country’s economic growth and demographic potential. A well-qualified and motivated young population drives progress and innovation. Studying the
relationship between the labor market, workforce qualifications, and key economic indicators helps identify threats
and economic prospects.
In transition economies, youth migration impacts the labor market, requiring a comparative analysis of migration
flows and their effects. The active involvement of young people in the economy is crucial for sustainable development. High-quality education and training programs tailored to market needs can reduce unemployment and contribute to economic growth. Implementing such programs is essential for harnessing the potential of young people and
maintaining economic stability.â
